Fruit Compote

Fruit options: 4 peaches (cooks 5-10 min), thinly sliced and 2.5c blueberries, washed OR 6-7 peaches, add vanilla, OR 4 apples, peeled and sliced, and 4c blackberries (cooks 15-20 min) OR 6-7c berries (cook til juices run)

4 T. apple juice concentrate
4 T. sugar

Put fruit into saucepan with apple juice concentrate and sugar if necessary. Heat until juices run and fruit is tender. Serve warm or cold.
