Soba with Green Soybeans

9oz. soba/buckwheat noodles
1 package frozen green soybeans/edamame
4 t. sesame seeds
1T. toasted sesame oil
1T. honey
1T. rice vinegar
1T. soy sauce
4 green onions shredded

Boil two saucepans of water, a big and a small. Cook noodles in big for 4 min, or according to package. Add soybeans and pinch of salt to small, cook same amount of time. Toast sesame seeds in small, dry saucepan for a min or two til they start to jump. Remove from heat, pour onto plate. Drain noodles in colander and rinse under cold water. Put in bowl and add sesame oil, honey, vinegar, and soy sauce. Toss to coat evenly, stir in onions and sesame seeds. Serve soybeans on side.
