Chicken Chutney Pockets (Pita) from Alyssa

3 chicken breast halves
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. major grey chutney
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
pita pocket bread
1/4 c. cashews
leaf lettuce

1. Boil chicken in water to cover - high heat
2. Remove from head
3. Cover until meat is white
4. Drain and cool under cold water
5. Pull off skins and bones - tear chicken into small pieces
6. Stir together all but chicken and lettuce - mix well
7. Add chicken pieces
8. Chill until ready to serve

serves lots!
