spaghetti sauce

butter
garlic
onions
vegetables
tomatoes or tomato paste
green peppers

Start with butter, garlic and onions in a pan over mid heat. Add chunks of vegetables (not green pepper). In another pan or the same, add puree of tomatoes, green peppers, onions, etc. It really takes quite a few tomatoes and works better with multiple kinds. Add cooked meat to chunky veggies.
